A GUIDE TO PRAYER AND FASTING

 How TO FAST

We recommend that the whole church does the ‘Daniel Fast’ for the full 3 weeks. However, some will choose to do a partial fast or a full fast. Check out the resources for more info:

AIM TO DO THE FOLLOWING DAILY:

  • Spend a few minutes thanking and praising God for who He is and what He has done.

  • Read the daily bible reading and read the daily devotional. You can find that on our socials each day or down the bottom.

  • Write down what God is speaking to you and write down your prayer to God.

  • Pray about what God has spoken to you. Pray through the daily prayer points. Pray specifically about what you are believing for during your fast.

  • Do some exercise!

  • Drink lots of water
