How TO FAST
We recommend that the whole church does the ‘Daniel Fast’ for the full 3 weeks. However, some will choose to do a partial fast or a full fast. Check out the resources for more info:

AIM TO DO THE FOLLOWING DAILY:

Spend a few minutes thanking and praising God for who He is and what He has done.

Read the daily bible reading and read the daily devotional. You can find that on our socials each day or down the bottom.

Write down what God is speaking to you and write down your prayer to God.

Pray about what God has spoken to you. Pray through the daily prayer points. Pray specifically about what you are believing for during your fast.

Do some exercise!
